Our Solution

A best in class roffing system is designed to provide superior protection and durability for your home, ensuring a long-lasting roof that stands the test of time.

Age

Roofs typically last between 20-30 years, depending on the type of material. If your roof is older than this, it is probably time to replace it.

Damage

If your roof has sustained severe damage from a storm or other event, it is important to replace it to ensure your home is properly protected.

Efficiency

If your roof is inefficient, due to age or other factors, replacing it can help improve the energy efficiency of your home and save you money on heating and cooling costs.

1. Measure

Measure and cut the roof sheathing to the correct size

2. Drip Edge

Install drip edge along the eaves of the roof.

3. Ice & Water Shield

Install ice and water shield along the eaves and in any valleys in the roof.

4. Underlayment

Install roofing felt over the entire roof.

5. Shingles

Install the shingles in courses, starting at the bottom and overlapping each row.

6. Nails

Secure the shingles with nails, making sure not to drive the nails in too deep.

7. Flashing

Install flashing around any chimneys, vents, and other protrusions.

Asphalt Shingles

Asphalt shingles are the most popular roofing option in the United States due to their affordability and versatility. They are made from fiberglass matting coated with asphalt and granules, and are available in a range of colors and styles.

Metal Roofing

Metal roofing is a durable, energy-efficient option that can last up to 50 years with proper maintenance. Metal roofing is made from materials such as steel, aluminium, or copper and can come in various styles and colors.

Tile Roofing

Tile roofing is a traditional roofing option that is known for its durability and longevity. It is made from clay or concrete tiles and comes in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. Tile roofing is more expensive than other roofing options but can last up to 100 years with proper maintenance.
